About me
I was born and raised in Calgary, Alberta. With Banff and B.C. to the west, Jasper to the north, and Waterton to the south, there was never a shortage of places to go camping with my family. We always attended the amphitheater shows, and the nature walks and programs that Parks Canada made available. These experiences instilled in me a lifelong love and respect for nature and wildlife.
Even as a child, I have always loved taking pictures. My first camera was a Kodak Instamatic that my parents had given to me, and since then I have always owned a camera. As I got older, these two interests have combined into a love of wildlife photography. With the advent of digital photography, it has allowed me to gain experience without wasting money on film. I am looking forward to furthering my travels, and learning and sharpening my skills to help me expand on my library of animal subjects. I hope you'll come back to see my latest pictures as I update this site.
